If your
business has a fire or other disaster, will you be able to get
back into business quickly?
You hope that your business will
not suffer a disaster. But you need to plan for it anyway. If
you are out of business for a week, you may very well be out
of business forever.
Your business, no matter what size, needs a plan on
how it will recover from a disaster. You need a plan to:
- Continue your critical business
processes
- Contact your staff
- Tell your customers and other
stakeholders that you are ok and still in business
